THE DEI PROJECT

"The Dei Project" is a ministry of The Lifesong Community Church. The word dei is Greek for necessities and in Latin it translates to God. The project is designed to help distribute items that are necessities that food stamps cannot buy. Items such as toiletries, hygiene products, laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, tooth paste, soap, shampoo, and so much more.

The Dei Project helps families that find themselves displaced from their homes, have suffered unfortunate events, and loss of income. If you know a family in need, please contact us at deiproject@thelifesong.org.

"Dei to Go" is a special ministry organized by the young adult ladies of The Lifesong Community Church. A need was there; homeless individuals were on almost every major roadway corner in our community. Other than money, what did they need to survive? One of the hardest things about being homeless and on the streets is not being acknowledged. The Dei to Go project works to ensure those in such circumstances are thought of and shows that God cares.

The Dei to Go project involves bags that contain items such as water bottles, clean socks, snack bars, toothbrush & toothpaste, sanitizer, and many more items. Pull up your car, roll down your window, and hand the person a bag of blessings.
